Changes to the RSI
website!

Dear RSI
Client,
As
you may know, Rental Services has been working on updating our
systems over the last year.
You may have already visited our new Pre-Employment
Screening website (www.RSIScreening.com). If
not, you should really check it out.
We are also getting close to finishing the upgrades to
our Tenant Screening website.
I would really like to thank all of you who contributed
ideas to the site. We
were quick to implement many of your suggestions.
Some of the best ideas that were suggested were better
ways of looking at and evaluating credit reports.
The idea of being able to approve and decline
applicants for smaller landlords and changing the way we
analysis credit and giving you a choice in removing medical
bills and student loans from the formula to render a leasing
decision is a big breakthrough.
Rental
Services will also be contacting a few of our valued customers
in the coming months to reevaluate current screening programs.
Keeping you up to data with new changes in products and
processes is just part of the services we provide. Our
goal is to be able to offer several different options and not
just take a one size fits all approach.
We feel that giving you more options will help you to
fine tune your screening process.
Remember,
we are here for you. We
take every comment and suggestion and try to find ways to
implement them in the way we do business.
